“The tax issue should never be an excuse for limiting Internet freedoms,” Avniye Tansuğ, a lawyer who is an expert on information technologies, told the Hürriyet Daily News & Economic Review on Thursday. “The government can keep on bargaining with Google as Internet users keep on accessing YouTube.com.”
